The Legend of Finn McCool is a hilarious re-telling of the legend behind the Giant’s Causeway. It is a tale of ancient rivalries between giants, but also strong friendships, dressing up and cakes!
Finn McCool has long been enemies with the Scottish giant Benandonner. Finn hurls rocks across the sea and one is so huge that it becomes the Isle of Man. Ben is furious and sends Keir, the messenger to warn Finn that Ben is coming to fight him. Oona and Aisla, who are married to the rival giants, are old friends and have a cunning plan to stop the fighting and ensure a happy ending.
This latest show from Not Just Opera features a very talented cast of professional singers and up-and-coming young performers from the local area. The show is fun for all the family and the perfect entertainment for October half term.
