Motoring enthusiasts are in for a treat as the inaugural Hartlepool Motor Show launches on Sunday 27 July 2025 promising an exciting day of exhibits while raising vital funds for Alice House Hospice.

The event, hosted at Hartlepool Rugby Club, Mayfield Park, is organised in partnership with Callum Atkinson of Elite Care Sourcing and will feature an impressive line-up of vehicles, with people of all ages welcome and refreshments available from the club house.

The Hartlepool Motor Show is set to be a spectacular showcase of classic, custom, and performance vehicles, offering visitors a unique opportunity to admire stunning cars and connect with fellow motoring enthusiasts. Whether you are a dedicated petrolhead or simply looking for a fun-filled family day out, the event offers something for everyone.

With a maximum of 500 spectator tickets available and 100 plots for exhibitors, early booking is recommended by organisers.

Spectator tickets are priced at just £5 for ages 13+, with free entry for under-12s. Carers for disabled attendees can also attend free of charge, with donations welcomed.

Exhibitor plots are available for £10 per vehicle, with a maximum of 100 spaces, ensuring a premium showcase of cars.

• No on-site parking (except for exhibited vehicles).

• Maximum 500 attendees – early booking is advisable.

• No dogs permitted.

• Under 13s must be accompanied by an adult.

Exhibitors

Display your pride and joy at the region’s newest motor show - meet fellow enthusiasts and support a vital cause, whilst having a great day out.

• Plot price: £10 per car (max 100 cars, pre-booking required).

• Setup from 8:00 AM (access may be staggered for safety).

• Two people per car permitted (additional guests 13+ must pay entry fee, under 13s free).

• All plots must be booked by 18 July 2025.

• No on-site parking, except for exhibited vehicles.

• Elite Car Sourcing will contact exhibitors with all relevant information about the event and to confirm attendance? Elite Car Sourcing are the main point of contact for exhibitors.

Important Event Information

• This is a weather-dependent event – in case of cancellation, ticket and exhibitor refunds will be offered.

• Alice House Hospice reserves the right to refuse entry and make necessary changes to the event.

• All attendees and exhibitors participate at their own risk.

• By attending, you agree to be included in event photography and publicity.
