Public safety is our top priority, and to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable day please be aware of the following:
• Under 16’s to be accompanied by an adult, i.e., Relative, carer or family friend.
• Bags will be searched on entry, and random body searches may also be carried out.
• There is a strict NO drugs and alcohol policy, and anyone found trying to bring any of these onto site will be excluded from the event, and possibly reported to the police.
• If you are fortunate to look under 21, you may be asked to provide ID to prove your age.
• No admittance after 9pm, including those who have left the event earlier than 9pm.
• No glass bottles, BBQ’s, cans, flasks, or gazebos allowed on site. You are welcome to bring folding chairs, tables, and a picnic.
• No dogs allowed unless they are assistance dogs.
• Anyone without an issued wristband will be asked to leave the venue and will not be allowed to return.
• At the end of the event, please leave the site quietly with respect to our neighbours and take all your rubbish home with you or utilise the bins placed around the field.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission.
