BODYSCAPE DANCE spent 5 months in residency at the National Trust site Tinkley Gate. Using improvised techniques and exercises the group witnessed seasonal changes, spending time tuning into the landscape.

This workshop will be lead by BODYSCAPE dancers; Jemima Bennett, Rebecca Stapleford and Juliana Avila. Working around the large stone circle placed at the site, participants will go through a deep time exploration of our skeletal structure and the formation and history of stone.

Meadow Score

1-3pm

This workshop will explore what choreography the landscape holds and how the body may be able to translate this into movement. How nature can deeply influence our patterns of movement and what can be learned from slowing down and listening to our environment.
