About Christmas by Candlelight | Thursday 12th December
Join us for a unique tour of Chillington Hall which will be dressed in its festive finery ready for Christmas Day.
Come and enjoy a wonderful tour conducted by candlelight - all the open fires will be roaring away to give a fantastic atmosphere along with the twinkling christmas lights.
On the tour you will find out about the family who live here, the halls architecture and its history from our friendly guides.
We finish the tour with mince pies and mulled wine around the towering 15ft Christmas tree and a roaring open fire whilst some traditional Christmas carols are played on our grand piano. (Feel free to join in with some singing!)
Tickets are limited so please book in advance, small group bookings are accepted subject to availability.
Arrival is at 4pm, tour starts promptly at 4.15pm and the event is expected to finish at 6.30pm.
