16-17yrs old must collect a parental form from their club secretary and send back to the county office prior to the event.

NO TICKETS AVAILABLE ON THE DAY.

Please note. Refusal of entry for any of the above reasons will result in no refund being given.

EVENT NOTES:

Under 18s are required to submit a Parental Consent Form 1 Week before the event.
