Frequently Asked Questions.
How will I get my Ticket? Your tickets will be emailed to you within a few minutes of purchase, using the email address you input at checkout. (Make sure you enter the correct email address otherwise you will not receive your ticket.)
How do I use my e-Ticket? There are 2 Options. 1) Print them off and bring them in paper form on the day.(Each ticket has a single use barcode clearly printed on it.) 2 )Bring your ticket open on your smartphone on the day.(You can take a screenshot of it on your phone, or simply have the email with the attachment open.)
What happens on the day? Simply show your ticket to the member of staff manning the gate, they will scan your ticket, and you can walk straight into the show. (No long queues waiting to pay!)
What if I lose my ticket? You must treat your ticket as you would Cash. If someone else uses your ticket you will not be able to gain access. The Scanning device can tell whether the barcode has already been scanned, so access will be denied if your ticket has already been used.
Do I need any software to be able to download my ticket? Your tickets are sent as a PDF. Most smartphones and computers have this already built in. If yours does not, simply download the latest Adobe Acrobat reader onto your device. (Search Adobe Acrobat Reader online to find it.) (This is free.)
I have lost, or deleted my tickets accidentally, what do I do? Simply email support@ticketebo.co.uk tell us your email address that you purchased the ticket with, (and where possible the order number) and we will re-issue your tickets to you.
I don't have a printer at home, how can I show my tickets? Simply download your tickets on your smartphone and bring with you on the day. Alternatively you could ask a friend / family member to print them off for you. As a last resort, the staff at the gate can look up your ticket order on their scanning device, but you may need to show ID that matches up with the name on the ticket to gain entry.
Please remember: Although you can print the same ticket you have on your mobile device, only the first one scanned at the event is the one that will be accepted for entry.
Please Note. Ticketebo can only assist with enquiries relating to online ticket sales. Tickets are only available by email, or by purchasing at the gate of the event. Any questions connected with the event itself should also be directed to the event organiser - by clicking the 'Contact Organiser' link on this page.
