About THE Christmas Model Railway Show – Manchester 2024!
The Christmas Model Railway Show returns to our large, new, central Manchester venue. As always there will be a wide range of top quality layouts, complemented by traders, demonstrations and other attractions. This year's themed area commemorates the 80th anniversary of D-Day and will include some large and unusual layouts. The venue has excellent public transport links, so leave the car at home and enjoy your day out! It's the perfect pre-Christmas treat for all the family.
The nearest mainline rail station is Oxford Road - approx 600m. The venue is served by 34 different bus routes and the nearest tram stops are St Peter's Square, and Piccadilly station, both approx 1000m. There are only Blue Badge parking spaces at the venue but there are two multi-Storey car parks within 300m.
The catering this year will offer hot and cold drinks and light meals. There will be a dining space for visitors who bring their own food, and passes will be available for those who wish to use one of the numerous fast food outlets near the venue.
The majority of the layouts attending have been featured in one or more of main railway modelling magazines.

ADVANCE TICKETS on sale through our website from Sept 1st - Dec 13th with no booking fees.
Prices - SATURDAY: Adults £11.50, SUNDAY: Adults £10, accompanied children FREE both days.
Doors open for Advance ticket holders ONLY at 09:45.
UNBOOKED TICKETS available at the door from 10:30 each day. Prices: SATURDAY £14, SUNDAY £12, accompanied children FREE both days.
