About Ned's Night Out | The Alexandra Ballroom | Grangetown
On Friday 13th August, North East musicians and music lovers are gathering at The Alexandra, Grangetown to remember and pay tribute to one of the region’s finest frontmen, Richard (Ned) Archbold.
Ned’s reputation precedes him. He is renowned as one of the most highly rated blues singers and harp players in the business.
His former bands include: Reuben James; Charity Jones; The Big Picture; The Scandalous Bachelors; The Bushwhackers and, most recently, The Hot Pies.
Ned will be sadly missed by all of his friends and fellow musicians.
