Strathmore Highland Games Committee are delighted to once again be getting back to sharing the traditions of Highland Games and can't wait to welcome you all. Come and join us on Sunday 11th June 2023, in the glorious grounds of Glamis Castle in Angus for a truly Scottish day out!

Officially opened at 12 noon, events begin in the field from 10am onwards. Showcasing the best athletes on the Highland Games circuit, we’re delighted to be welcoming both home grown talent and athletes from further afield to take part in events including Highland Dancing, Heavies, Piping and Track.

We have gathered together a fabulous selection of local food and drinks producers to show you just how great the folk of Angus and the surrounding area are, along with a selection of talented crafts folk bringing along their wares for you to browse through.

A great family day out, there's ice-cream, a bouncy castle, and races to help keep the kids happy. And for those looking to have a go, we have our popular International Visitors race.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Glamis Castle, your ticket will allow you free access to the Garden’s and Grounds. Tours run throughout the day of the Castle (separate fee applies). It’s the perfect opportunity to experience the tradition of Highland Games and a Scottish Castle all on the same day – so why not come and join us for the Games!
